   I recently had a minor car accident and after appalling service from my insurance company, I turned to Squad 9 (VEA) for help. Charlie provided outstanding customer service, and regularly kept in touch giving me advice on the work that needed to be carried out and updates on how the repairs were progressing. When I finally collected my vehicle I was not disappointed at all! I highly recommend this garage, particularly Charlie who definitely deserves some recognition.

   Amazing garage. Came to them after taking my car (which was making a funny noise) to two other garages. One garage said it needed a new engine, then the VW garage told me there was no noise. Came here and they efficiently got to the bottom of the problem, and explained it to me each step of the way. They couldn't have been more helpful, and in the end, it was a really simple fix - no need for a new engine! Will be coming here again. Would recommend to anyone, they really know their stuff.
