Purchased a new multimedia display having never installed anything in a car before. Delivery was speedy and it came with an online manual. Was given great help during installation through WhatsApp when I got a bit stuck. Highly recommended in general but especially if you're looking to install something yourself.
I had some work done on my MINI a few days ago and, honestly, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The level of care, precision, and attention to detail was genuinely second to none. The team went above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. I had a stage one ECU map installed along with a head-unit update, and the difference is unbelievable. The car feels incredible to drive now. Smoother, sharper, and more responsive than ever before. I couldn’t be happier with the results. It made my 7 hour drive back home to Scotland and extremely enjoyable journey. Definitely don't hesitate if you're thinking about using these guys, you won't be disappointed
These guys are the best independent BMW specialists/tuners. They even managed to do some styling mods whilst in for a stage 2 tune. I had a Ghost immobiliser which I didn't have the code for and they even got around that. Nothing they can't do and went the extra mile. Way better than BMW, way more knowledgeable. We also need to support our small local business so don't hesitate in using BM Performance.
Highly rate these guys. Took my M5 to them with a very technical issue that needed diagnosing. They found the problem and rectified it perfectly. They even had complex electrical connectors re-manufactured at a fraction of the cost of using BMW parts which they didn't have to. Engine and DCT gearbox service completed too. Car was with them a while but had great comms through Whatsapp.
Got my car booked in for Apple Car Play, Reverse Camera & a few Coding bits. The job was spot on, the system was crisp, fast and high quality. The guys were amazing and looked after the car and treated it like their own. Would defo recommend and 100% will be back for more work!
