I've taken my car to Crossways since my first car more than 30 years ago. And I wouldn't go anywhere else! This friendly, family run garage don't over charge or do unnecessary jobs. 100% Recommended

Cannot fault this place. I've used Crossways twice so far; once for a full service and then again this week for an MOT. Car failed but they didn't give me the hard sell. I got the work completed by a family member and when I rang them to say it was finished they said they'd see the car in 45 minutes for a retest - and it passed! The main mechanic is so enthusiastic about cars, and has some great stories. In fact all the folk I've spoken to or met there seem really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this garage.

Fantastic customer experience! I booked in for MOT and not only had everything explained in detail but also great service from start to finish. I was updated by genuinely friendly reception staff at drop off. Mechanics very transparent with costs and advice. Overall feeling of a well run trustworthy business, I would definitely recommend to others and this garage will be my first choice in future.
Once again the lads got me back on the road and fixed my car. Excellent service!
I wouldn't leave 1 star, 3 years on the bounce failed my mot on the most trivial things trying to make work for themselves, picked up my car this year after yet another fail and 3 mechanics hanging around on their phones eating crisps etc with nothing to do. I wonder why! Had my car overlooked by another garage each time and always told shouldn't have failed on that, don't use these idiots find a genuine garage
Terrible service. Can’t comment on the work as didn’t get that far but used for last 2 x services and MOT’S. This occasion they weren’t interested in the work as a major engine job which is fair enough but communication and service was terrible. Car sat there for 2 days and hadn’t even been looked at before I was told they were too busy too look. Again fair enough but would of decent of them to contact me and explain. Ended up getting the car recovered to another garage for the work. Also spoken to appallingly by the receptionist, extremely passive aggressive and defensive. Advised I wasn’t a proper customer as only had taken car for service and MOT’S previously, all custom is custom in eyes. Only pleasant when she’s taking your money. Overall extremely poor service.
