   I've been relying on DB Autos for all my car's needs for the past 3–4 years, and their service is consistently brilliant. From full services to MOTs, the work is always top-notch, and I have never had a single thing to complain about. ​Their free pick-up and drop-off service is honestly invaluable, especially for anyone with a busy work schedule. This service definitely makes their already competitive pricing an even better value. ​They are also genuinely helpful and 100% transparent. I've had a few instances where I thought something was amiss with my car, such as stones trapped between the brake pad and disk and with a simple, quick call, and the team has gone out of their way, same day, to put my car on the ramp and check it over free of charge. ​Also, if you are concerned with the pick-up and drop-off service, I am a dashcam user, and I can confirm the respectful and professional way they handle my car at all times. ​You simply cannot fault them.    Booked a Full Service and MOT online after a recommendation and we could not be happier with the service we got. We dropped off the car in the morning, got a text message a bit later outlining what needed doing for the MOT and the options for the service, including the prices and asking how we wanted to proceed. A message a bit later to say it was ready, no fuss, no hidden charges or upfront costs. Will definitely use them again in the future

   I'm a new customer to DB Autos and I feel as though I've dropped on to a great team. This was my first round of service and repairs, since getting my current car, after I had to find a new garage, which is always a daunting gamble. My limited experience with them is a good one. They're quick, friendly, transparent and helpful. The pick up and drop off service, available if you're local, was so useful too, especially if your working hours align with their opening hours! So far, I'm well impressed.

   Spoke to Julie the day before mot and service. She was so helpful in explaining everything to me as it's the first time using this garage . She also informed me that my car would be collected and delivered which was a massive help. Everything worked like clockwork today including a phone call informing me of a couple of advisories. I must stress there was no pressure sales pitch here. Payment over the phone. Absolutely fantastic service. More than happy to recommend.

   Broke down when visiting my friends, got recommended to this garage from said friend and all I can say what a fantastic experience, figured out what the fault was. Sorted it and even delivered it back to me all within good timing. Had a free safety check and I even asked them to do a service whilst it was there which was very reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and the manager Dan that sorted all this was pleasant and kept me up to date on the progress will highly recommend.

   Ill say this, If you truly like your car and the condition it is in. Do not use this Garage. Took for a MOT fully aware Brake Pads need replacing. Simple Job, didn't think much of it. Upon return of my vehicle, I was absolutely gutted, Interior had been damaged with panels pulled out of position, Wheel Nuts completely shredded to a point they had to be chiselled off and to top it off the car had been taken from 1/2 a tank full to Empty from 10am to 6pm. Awful experience, the fact they cant tell the difference between a 19mm socket to a 20mm socket is one to laugh at.

   Had a clutch fitted here, first off when I rang them up to see if my car was ready, got nothing but attitude from them. Was told 1 day to repair ( and there was no phone call to say they had a problem), 2 days it took, then within a month my car was having the exact problem again, so rang them back up took it back, to be told no it’s your master cylinder Was gone now. Absolute rip off,

   Thanks to all the staff at db autos wow! Rac took 4 hours to come out to us towed us to db autos and the lads repaired it so we could get home within 1 hour. Also young man took us local McDonald's as we didn't know the area and we had 2 young children that needed feeding he even collected us when the car was done absolutely outstanding service. Car drove over 300 miles home absolutely faultless thanks again

   Booked in for an MOT and Major Service at 8.30am. By 9.30am the same day, my car had been collected from my home, and by 2pm it had been returned back to me. MOT passed and service completed! Absolutely amazing service and would highly recommend! I will definitely be using this garage for any future maintenance on my car.
