Absolutely Brilliant. Five stars all the way for Congleton Autos Ltd. Three months ago I purchased a lovely vw passat estate from Shwan the car was fully prepared for my initial test drive, which makes a refreshing change from the words " Oh we will sort that when it goes through the work shop!" which I heard from a lot of other garages, so Congleton Autos got full marks straight away. The car was very competitively priced and drove spot on, so the purchased was made. I've had the car for three months now with one very recent small issue which was sorted out straight away and under warranty, so thank you Caroline and the professional garage team who were very helpful. It might only be a Passat but it's the best car and car buying experience to date. I'm 57 owned around 40 cars 15 motorbikes and 2 vans! Congleton Autos highly recommend. Thank you.
After an unfortunate experience at another well known local garage,my car needed a small repair and an MOT completing. Despite being very busy,my car was booked in for the next morning,the work carried out was of extremely high quality and reasonably priced. The MOT was carried out a few days later. I purchased my most recent car (Mini Cooper) from here. The car is in immaculate condition. Drives like a dream I can’t fault it. The car was an amazing price and came with a new service and full mot. I travelled around 160 miles to collect the car and the owner of the garage offered to collect me from the train station which was very kind. All of the staff here were friendly, inviting and really took their time with me. 100% recommend, I will definitely come back.

Bought my first car from here, a 2013 Ford Fiesta, very quick with getting a test drive in and getting everything sorted, car is immaculate. Staff were also very friendly.
Failed my MOT for windscreen washer not producing sufficient water from one of the jets. I was told it was down to a blockage in the hose which they would sort for £25. I took a look myself, and adjusted the jet by 2mm and it worked fine. Took me 10 seconds, would of taken a professional 2 seconds. Could've pointed it out and sorted for me in no time, which would of been greatly recieved with a hand shake and a 5 star review plus a return customer.
Fab customer service. Went down from Manchester for a Ford KA I saw online. Ended up with a Ford Fiesta at a great price. Full MOT done and service. National warranty included so any problems I can take the car to Halfords and other registered garages across the country. I would recommend Congleton Autos :)
Booked car in for MOT and service. They responded quickly, were polite and helpful. The work was carried out as promised. Communication was good. They even cleaned the car as part of the package. I will use them again. They are also very convenient for anyone living in West Heath area.
