Never had any problems with my car? It's been for a mot and service ever year by Kia. My car had a mot in October, there was no electric faults no oil light on There was nothing wrong,with my car the only thing it needed was a new clutch. so we took it to we mend any car in Congleton to have the clutch done they damaged the Bush's then said they ordered the new Bush's and stated they where wrong so they order more Bush's from Kia this time they were wrong which i cant believe kia would send out the wrong parts so when we got the car back from we mend any car we now have problem, with the electric the battery light is on which when thats on you can't use the back window Then we have a Oil light on the dash plus there was a wire hanging off under the bonnet so I took it back the next day for them to say it would be 10 December took them two week to have it back in to fix the problems and still it not right. They have fob me off yet again with another lie saying the place they ordered a part for as sent the wrong part again and then to say that the Alternator is not turning Enough Charge out for the battery my car as never had any problems until these People messed with my car I am Disgusted with them now I will have to take it properly to kia to let them have a look to see what else they have done to my car I will not Recommend this garage to anyone
I bought a car on Saturday, the gears broke that same day, I rang Chris and he had me bring it in, was told it probably wouldn’t be fixed until the following Tuesday as there was a lot that needed doing, they explained everything that needed doing, and why it was necessary, so the parts were ordered and it was fixed by Thursday, 5 days before, I’m so pleased, they’ve been so helpful, and as a woman they’ve reassured me to no end. I’ve definitely found the garage I’ll be using for the foreseeable. Thank you all for your hard work. Very efficient and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.
I recently had my A6 Allroad go through an MOT at this garage, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in their work. The best part was their reasonable pricing, making the MOT process much less stressful. They even kept me updated on the progress by phone, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. I highly recommend this garage for their excellent service.
Chris has been taking care of my cars for many years now and I have always been more than satisfied with the level of service I receive. 100% Honest and reliable. My car has just had a service and MOT. It needed tyres replacing and Chris called me with the prices before carrying out the work, he had even contacted several tyre suppliers to get me the best price. Great service – no padding or upselling and an 'explain for the non-petrolhead customer' ethos. They do what it says on the front of the building at sensible rates.
