    Having taken a number of cars to Pit Stop over the years the service has really deteriorated and become unreliable. A friend of mine advised me a number of times not to go there as he too had similar issues. I should have listened. Yes, they are cheap, but obviously you get what you pay for. For example, when I expressed my concerns one of their mechanics rudely hung up. I was also informed that their opening hours on the Google search are incorrect as “we have no control over what people write”. Poor excuse as it’s their Google business page. Won’t be going back again.

    Don't use this garage !!! It's not a safe place to take your car. I took my car here to have it repaired as it was making a dreadful noise. They replaced a shock absorber coil and fitted a new spring . A few weeks later my car started making the same sort of noise. I did book my car in with them again for inspection but I couldn't get there that day so I had to take it to a garage nearer to where I work. That garage told me it had not been put back together properly!!! I had to pay to have it reassembled properly. On speaking to Leighton,the manager at Pit Stop, he said other garages will always say that which is obviously complete nonsense. He would NOT even admit the fact that someone who works there has made a mistake - could have been him who did it!! Avoid this place.
