Booked an appointment for our dog to have his claws clipped. Walked 30 minutes to the salon and it was shut. No answer on the business phone, waited for 30 minutes and then walked home again. Got hold of Kate later and was told that she had not written the appointment down. Waste of my time and a very disappointing customer experience

Was our first visit this morning, I was very impressed, we went for toenails clipping with my lab cross who was very nervous of the clippers. The lady was lovely had my dog calm and great job done have already booked to go again would highly recommend.
I took the very nervous, half blind chihuahua of a friend (very nervous for him) who was visiting me from London. He needed his nails cut. Kate handled him with confidence and care. As a result the dog (and owner!) were calm and reassured. Excellent. Thank you!
Took my nervous furbaby to Kate following a friend’s recommendation, she has never settled with any other groomer but Kate was so patient and understanding the two hit it off immediately. Thanks Kate, I have found my forever groomer. Another plus, I was able to buy my furbaby a lovely little treat.
