   If I could give minus stars I would, the branch is beyond useless, 3 hours wait on the 1st visit and the brakes were still not fitted, returning a few days later after being booked in for 9am. And still another 3 hours to get 2 brake disks fitted, it’s not like I’m asking them to reinvent the wheel, it’s a bread and butter job, they are under staffed and there is no organisation, the only reason I have to come here is the car is under contract through the lease company otherwise I would be at TBE where they offer great service, you definitely can get better than a kwick fit fitter,

   Went in for a tyre change and left with a snapped locking wheel nut and a damaged alloy. It’s not so much the damage I am upset about, accidents happen. However; I called the branch to ask for compensation, and the manager, Steve, was one of the rudest and most condescending people I’ve ever spoken to. Over the phone, he shouted over me, refused to let me speak, and actually said he’d “done me a favour.” A favour? By breaking my wheel nut and damaging my alloy? The arrogance was unbelievable. He also accused me of “taking my car to a dodgy backstreet garage previously” when I’ve only had the car 12 months, and the only garage I have taken it to for tyres was Kwik Fit. So it was completely untrue, and was his way of forcing the blame onto me. I’m a 21-year-old woman, and having an old man speak down to me like that after already damaging my car was intimidating and disgusting. When my partner called him after, Steve’s tone slightly changed, he suddenly he let him speak but he was still met with hostility & rudeness. Tells you a lot about how he respects women. It is obvious he is just a common guy who lucked into a manager role, not someone with any real professionalism, managerial or people skills. Customer care eventually helped and offered to cover the costs as a good will gesture which was appreciated, however Steve still refused to pay the invoice himself after being contacted by customer service, so he faced absolutely no repercussions for damaging my car and also no charges were made against him and his garage. Steve should be nowhere near a customer-facing job, never mind being a manager and responsible for a team of people. Clearly KwikFit just have any random bloke who knows a bit about cars running their garages, not people with basic communication skills and common decency. Evidently the people that work there can get away with causing damage to your car and they face no consequences when doing so. Therefore I will never be returning, and I will never recommend KwikFit to anybody, especially any of my female family or friends, and I strongly advise any females reading this to not visit either.

   I have used Kwik Fit in Congleton multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Today however, I called ahead hoping that they could check my hand brake after being injured in an accident where it had failed. I spoke to Steve in the phone and he told me I could bring my car straight in. When I arrived, my car was assessed by the mechanic straightaway and fixed. I am so grateful and pleased that the issue was sorted. Really friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend!

   Second time visiting this branch and another pleasurable one, couldn't find a better price anywhere and I highly doubt that I would have found better customer service as well! Despite being very understaffed and exceptionally busy, the attention to detail was outstanding. I watched the fitter Cente take great care in completing the job. He even cleaned up the contact surfaces on the wheels and hub as well as removing tyre soap and dirt marks. Steve and Cente are great assets to your company, even though they seemed very overworked they still managed to deliver a truly outstanding experience.

   Pleasantly surprised they were even open on a Sunday morning, but even more pleased when I 'phoned and was booked in by a very polite young man for 11 30. Slow puncncture was repaired and I was on my way for 12 15. Great service, friendly staff and open 7 days/week ..... what more can you ask? 5 stars definitely!

   Avoid at all costs! Booked in for MOT and service for today, 30th March at 8.30. On arrival was informed that they couldn't do the MOT because they had nobody to do it and they hadn't been able to do any since Tuesday. When asked why they hadn't phoned was met with no reply other than to say they could still do the service but were unable to give another date for the MOT. There was no apology whatsoever. Appalling customer service, will not be using them again.

   I visited Kwik fit in congleton on Sunday. They were a le to fit me in staright away. The staff were friendly and the time they said my car would be ready, it was. Told me I didnt need new tyres just valves so I was very pleased. Very honest guys. Would definately return and would reccommend

   Booked in for new exhaust at 10.30 today. As I lived a distance away I did previously tell them I would have to wait. At 11.45 I asked why the job hadn't been started. Eventually it was put on ramp, only to be told 20 minutes later that the replacement exhaust Was the wrong one. Only redeeming feature, Brian offered to run me home and collect me when my car is ready. After sitting in a cold depressing waiting room, with not even a drinks machine available I will not be using Kwik Fit again.
