   Won't be using again. Don't appear to think it's appropriate to keep a customer updated on a further £150+ costs when a price has already been provided and agreed to. Then don't think it's appropriate to even apologise and instead argue with an attitude with the customer at the front desk, talking to them like a school girl..classic! Unprofessional and rude. Guess should just have provided a blank cheque instead. Never experienced it in my 44 years and will not again, as will be taking my car elsewhere.

   Car booked in for MOT and front brake renewal (brake condition having been flagged at the previous service) Dropped car off before 8.00am as requested. Finally received a call at 1.30pm to say car ready - passed MOT but no other work done! Receptionist unhelpful and unapologetic. MOT takes an hour tops, so my car stood there for 3 or 4 hours whilst other vehicles were being worked on. Unimpressed.

   Lady staff behind counter are amazing but the gentlemen that inspected the curtesy car before I took it treated me like I was going to steal it. I’d not booked the car out it was my lease company. This gentleman was completely unprofessional. He Needs to work and his communication skills and Cheer up a bit

   Bit of a dilemma, always used these for years and been excellent. However, took a car in for a friend due to heater not working. They said they would look at it. Had a call saying it would cost around £780 as parts were £705 the rest labour. The person whose car it was could not afford so I said no leave it. Picked the car up and was charged £54 for strip down and diagnose motor and resistor pack which they said were faulty and needed them. No problem, always trusted them in the past. I took the car to mine and stripped out the glove box, took out the motor and resistor pack as it’s one. Cleaned leaves and some debris from the blades. Motor felt a bit stiff so added some WD40. Fitted this back into the car and it worked a dream. Used the car the following day to check it by leaving it on to and from work with no issues. Understand business need to make money as booking it in, time etc. but should they not have diagnosed this fault if they said they took it a part and stripped it down. Hence why we take them to motor mechanic’s. They fix cars so for me to find and repair this so quickly and simply why when they say they did the same, not pick up on this. It only leaves a question and assumption, was it a case of switching the car on and it not working to say fit new. bit disappointing.
