I seriously couldn’t recommend these enough! Especially Kal. He went over and beyond to clean every inch of my car, even the spots previous places missed or wouldn't do. I made a last minute booking for 12:30 Full Valet via their website. Booking is really easy and straight forward! Says it takes approx 5 hours but it was ready before then, amazing work! I dropped my car off at 12:30 ish - I was a little late due to traffic but Kal really helped and did an amazing job! He got it all done to a great quality for 16:30. Great lad and great team! Will 100% be going back there and will be recommending these to everyone! Thanks again to the team and a big thanks to Kal.
Had my small van washed, mid way through I realise they haven't touched the roof (dirtiest bit) I ask about it and am told "its too much of a ballach" I believe it's part of the van I'm paying to have washed. Edit: I appreciate your response, and would have been happy to pay extra for the service. However the response of "it's too much of a ballach" which were the exact words used, don't offer this extra service.
Very good car cleaning/valeting service. They managed to thoroughly clean my very dirty car both inside and out. Recommended.

Went today to this 'prestige' car wash and had a mini valet .... I can't say that I am disappointed , I am disgusted with the service , mini valet advertised at £15 costed £18, the dash is not wiped properly , the tires are dirty as well as the inside of the doors, beside that the inside mirror fell down from just a gentle touch when he tried to wipe it i think and they guy asked me if I can put it back.... tried but could not.... paid the £18 in full , on the way out(fuming of course) another employee asked me if i am happy and showed him the mirror , he put it back but of course he did not put back all the parts and some of the clips from the mirror are broken..NEVER AGAIN ... if you care about your car , run and avoid them like hell.. pictures and videos attached
