The guys who picked up and dropped off my car were first class. Very helpful and courteous, could not fault either of them. The service I received was very good all round. 1 small moan. Sometimes communication was a little lacking. I was told my car was fixed but then didn't get it back for 3 days. Apart from that , excellent service. Thank you very much.

We had an excellent experience! They perfectly repaired our Toyota after a hit and run, the panels look as good as new. They had great, friendly communication, they picked it up and dropped it off, and it only took a few days! It also came back clean and shiny (unlike how they picked it up!), which was really appreciated. Very happy, highly recommended!!!

Had a small crash so had get my car repaired. Was super easy to just book in and get it sorted. The repairs were quicker than expected and they did a really good job with it and also cleaned my car inside and out really well. would defo recommend to anyone!
My car was taken to DLG thorough direct line after an accident of no fault of my own. From the first contact to the last.. they were brilliant… the lady on the phone explained everything clearly.. the gentleman who picked up my car.. was very polite.. texts keeping me up to date with the process of my car and to finally letting me no it was ready for delivery. Absolutely superb service. My car has been bumped from behind, and had caused my reverse sensors/camera to stop working as well as minor damage to the bumper. They not only fixed everything including a faulty speaker, they kept me updated every other day throughout the week with updates on my cars progress. Lydia was very courteous and helpful, and understood the situation. My car was returned clean and in full working condition. Would highly recommend these guys, absolutely fantastic. Thank you guys.
