   Kwikfit lied and cheated me by damaging my oil filter. I Had air con re gas on my BMW and they did a terrible job and I still have my receipt Kwikfit don't reply back to me with- we would like to follow up the matter with- we're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service you received.    Highly recommend KwikFit in Hanley. The engine warning light came on in my driving school car this afternoon, and I took it straight to KwikFit. Within 10 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and cleared off the warning. Free of charge too! Thank you, you have saved me from cancelling my driving lessons and driving test which wouldn’t have been able to go ahead!

   Both front Alloy wheels were damaged whilst having new tyres fitted. I didn’t notice on the day as my vehicle was covered in snow and on further inspection when cleaning at home a week later it was clear that a layer of tyre fitment grease had been applied over the damage to hide the issue.
