They outlined the costs for their services at the outset and anything additional was explained in advance, although this was minimal. After being recommended Ashton's by family who have used them previously. We did not hesitate in appointing Ashtons as our solicitor when purchasing our first home. Kate was always on hand for any queries we may of had, even if Kate wasn't in the office there would always be another member of staff to help. They made the process simple and made us feel at ease.
Contacted them 4 times to get a quote for some services regarding a dispute, each time I called they said "sorry we'll escalate and get someone to call you back shortly". One month later, still no contact or responses.
