   Unfortunately my expierence with Fosters was not a good one. We informed them way in advance that the house we'll be buying has solar panels and we will need specific paperwork to transfer the ownership. Later the energy company clearly stated which documents they will accept, but Fosters kept sending useless papers that made the transfer longer and harder then needed. We also paid for Declaration of Trust, which we then received, but it did not include the information we needed there. We spoon-fed them 3 lines that need to be included in the document, but despite the fact it was months ago, and multiple chasers were sent, we still didn't hear back at all (not even acknowledgement email). I have never dealt with more terrible solicitors (Megan and her team to be specific), who just care about the money, but not the service they provide.

   They helped me through a difficult, on-off, property sale process and were perfectly efficient. Every time there was something for them to do they got on with it nice and quickly which I haven't always found to be the case with property conveyancing in the UK. Reception were always helpful in receiving documents, calling down one or another member of the conveyancing team dealing with my matter if I happened to call by. I can't fault them. And I'm quite good at faulting things, eg the UK conveyancing system or parking in Norwich town centre. But Fosters were fine. No complaints from me and I can happily recommend them to others for property conveyancing work.

She was able to provide advice pertinent to our needs, She was friendly but professional and the meeting covered all that we expected to cover, including powers of attorney as well as out will.    Fosters represented us in a house sale. I was so impressed with the way Haydn, and his team (especially Jasmine) worked efficiently together. While Haydn took the lead it didn't matter who we spoke with or emailed they were always up to speed and aware of the situation. Very quick to respond and efficient in everything they did.
