   I can not physically explain how disgusting and disrespectful the lady spoke to my partner I don’t if it is because he was young and had a foreign name I’m not sure but that was totally disgusting I would off never expected to be treated like that from a place like this We was speaking to a department that deals with criminal things and we tried to explain our situation off not being able to have legal aid and it’s been very stressful we don’t know how to move forward we are being let down by the court 3 times on a court date we just needed some advice some off the words that came out off this women’s mouth was totally unnecessary If your young , from a different country , have a non English name I recommend you definitely don’t ring these lot

   The worst legal team in the area! They got dates and names wrong on letters to myself and family. They got witness names and information wrong even though it was right in front of them in email form. They have totally over charged me for their terrible service. My new solicitor even said they've not done anything to deserve this money. Totally outraged!!

   I've used Norton Peskett (Steven Knight), both for business and personal conveyancing for many years, and wouldn't consider choosing another firm of solicitors. I've never had anything other than excellent service. My most recent experience, selling my property, was stressful to say the least. Caused by the ineptitude of another local firm in the chain. While Norton Peskett could only do so much, in this respect, they did put up with my almost daily (at times) emails and telephone calls, in a professional and friendly manner. I'm in no rush to enter the property fray in the immediate future, but should I venture forth again, I will definitely use Norton Peskett. 10/10

   Used for my remortgage and honesty wished we had used someone else. Large bill for very little effort and communication was terrible. Couldn't get hold of anyone for a week (same week was due to swap mortage company!) Felt like had to constantly prompt them, calls weren't answered and messages left weren't reposnded to. Wouldn't use again if they are still the same I have aniexty issues and not being able to get any communication made this a pretty c**p experience!
