   My Girlfriend went their to get advice on her car having an oil light, after I had serviced the oil, and checked the cam belt (wet belt), and oil strainer was completely clean. They told her the wet belt needed changing, and it would cost 1200 pounds. A day later the light went off, I looked at the belt, the belt is fine, absolute daylight robbery, we dodged a bullet with these. One the cost of a cam belt is not 1200 pounds and two, diagnose properly before scaring people into paying money into a car that doesn't need it. Shocking behaviour

   Put my car in here last year for an MOT yes my car is a 15 year old s max it has only 100k miles and has been well looked after cam belt water pump full service history .... 27 advisorys 27 bear in mind every other MOT it has had no advisories and when it has they have been seen to quickly. I had the car looked over by our trusted mechanic ( sadly does not offer MOT) even they were shocked yes the car has rust clearly only surface rust.. you get this on 3 year old cars.. I honestly feel that they have seen a woman come in with a couple of kids and decided to take advantage absolutely shocking.. it's passed this years MOT with two advisories TWO.. money grabbing advantage taking garage would never return how are you ment to trust a garage like this .!!

   Phoned up with an enquiry as something on my car needed fixing and I had used this garage in the past. I will never be coming here again. The lady who answered the phone was so rude to me and made me feel so small and stupid. Clearly needs more training in customer service AND how to speak to people because the way she spoke to me was awful! In future will not bother and go somewhere else.

   Used these guys to MOT my car & what good service. Dropped it off first thing, posted my key through the door, MOT done in the morning, paid over the phone and collected it at lunch. They even topped up my low washer fluid. Would definitely recommend & I'll certainly be using them again

   I needed quite a few things done to my car, after going to one garage and them trying charging extortionate rates, I called Town Bridge Motors, they were extremely helpful and were more than happy to be honest with what work needed doing. They were super friendly and I will most certainly be using them again! I can't thank them enough.
