    Fantastic service from the first telephone call to collection of the repaired vehicle. Part that was needed - rear light assembly for a Mercedes Luton van - was rapidly ordered and fitted while I waited.     A nice business but with my issue I had I felt as if more could have been done and the basics were not completed. More so with the car going back twice and the issue being known about both times, charged me again but couldn't tell me what they had done. I got the car back, within an hour I had fixed it, dirty sensor with excess schwarf on. 300 miles later she hasn’t missed a beat. I think this basic check should have been undertaken.

    I left my car with Dean yesterday (14.10.19) due to the water pump needing to be replaced. He was able to get one of his Staff to take me home and my car was delivered back to my address today (15.10.19). This is not usually part of the service, but as I had no other way of getting home as I had not expected my car to be unsafe to drive without causing further damage when I went to Dean's, he was able to accommodate this. My car was returned to my home address as again I had no easy way of getting to collect my car. I also needed my car back with a quick turnaround to attend a medical appointment which was done. I have used Dean for a number of years as he came highly recommended by a family friend. All my family use Dean as he is genuine, honest and a lovely family person. Thanks also to Lucy for co-ordinating the return of my car. Once again quality workmanship. See you in December for my MOT. Many thanks again.
