Great service. Car clutch went, couldn’t even drive down. They helpfully collected my car and fixed it. Fixed my alternator belt while they was at it. Feels like a brand new car
Thanks to Mark and colleagues at Sandford Motors for replacing my O2 sensor and extra advice provided while visiting. Mark was very helpful on emails and work completed quickly. Mark's colleague gave very helpful advice on tyres also. Will be using Sandford Motors again for any other work. Cheers all.
Discovered M&G on a recommendation and it's little wonder they have a good reputation. The job (replacement of front lower suspension arm ball joint) was done quickly, efficiently and very fairly priced - thanks again Mark. Highly recommended.
Absolutely brilliant service from Mark and Gareth at M&G. They've been servicing and repairing both our cars for 4 years. They always get the job done and nothing is too much trouble. I simply cannot recommend these guys enough! I showed up with a red warning light and limp home mode on the car, over 2 hours from home, asked for help sorting the issue, and these guys couldn’t have done more to help if they tried! They not only fixed the issue, having dropped what other work they had in the shop at the time, but they took some time to give the bathroom a quick spruce up for the lady travelling with us to use! Thank you all very much, you really did go above and beyond when most garages wouldn’t have even looked at it. Thank again lads! The irritated Range Rover owner!
These guys are amazing, they helped me when no one else would even though they were due to close! I was stuck in a different city and they came and patched me up roadside to get me home, for a great price too! Great customer service, knowledgeable and skilled! Five stars all around, I Highly Recommend!!
You just finish this review. I was stranded with a broken down car and no clue who could help me in North Wales a place I didn't know witb a family where the car was bleeping telling me engine failure. I called the AA who confirmed a fault but wanted £440 to get me home which would still leave me with the repair to be dealt with as they couldn't fix it. On a bank holiday Monday I called every single 24 hour mechanic out there and got nothing. A friend and local to the village asked the community online if there was any help out there and I was directed to Mark. I confirmed to Mark what the AA said he also had an amazing reference from Andrew the AA chap, for speed i ordered my own part from Euro car parts dropped it along with the vehicle to the place of work and prayed I could trust everything. Mark already had a busy schedule but knew I needed to head south that day so he went in early repaired my car so it didn't effect existing work. Full diagnostics was carried out before and after to ensure diagnoses was correct. The bill was less than that quoted and I had an up to date log of activity. I even had Marks wife insist on picking me up and taking me to their place of work to complete the service as taxi's and buses were not easy to come by. I could never stress highly enough the level of excellence this company has through out the entire process. The whole procecess was supurb all in time, in budget and with the greatest customer service. I gave a tip which was also being given to a local hospital charity i just wish I could give more. Thank you
