Everything was in working on my vehicle on the day prior to this person to come and work on it. This person was working under the car bonnet for some time. When he finished and he went back to his van, I started my car and to my amazement nothing was working on the dashboard. I pointed this out to him, and he denies everything. There are wires where he was working he never checked them out. He said I needed a new dashboard, as it must be faulty; it was in perfect working order when he started my car up in the beginning as I was with him. Now he has left me without a car that I can't drive. I wouldn't recommend the person. He has left me in a deep hole. If I could I wouild give it -10 stars but this systm won't let me.

Adrian is an absolute legend. He went out of his way to help me fix my car when I was really desperate and no one else would even touch it. Ignition switch was dead and the car would not start or communicate with the key at all. We sourced another ignition switch and Adrian programmed it and got 2 new keys. everything works as it should now. I'm really happy with is work and I will definitely give him more work in the future. Thank you

Seat in Crewe told me I needed a new key fob at a cost of £251. Adrian at Cool Diagnostics fixed this key fob and a spare one that Seat told me also needed replacing by replacing the batteries. Excellent service and a really nice guy.
