I've moved around quite a bit and due to a chronic skin condition had need to see my GP fairly regularly everywhere I've lived. This GP surgery is the best I've been to. Over the last 6 months or so I've been in the wars and the treatment and care given by Dr Evans has been fantastic.

The receptionist speaks very passive aggressive... and treats people as if they have no education background what so ever. I am rejected an urgent appointment (not because there's no appointments left but because in her eyes my mental health wasn't an urgency to her)

2nd poor experience. Receptionist clearly not educated on how the health system operates.

I have only had to use the doctors twice but both times I have (Dr Harris and Dr Evans) the doctors have been absolutely fantastic. A lot of doctors surgeries get a bad rep but these doctors were both very polite, friendly, thorough and patient. When going to the doctors with my daughter, I usually come away feeling like I’m wasting their time, even though I’m not but at this surgery, I have not felt like that at all and I definitely thought it was worth a mention as people usually talk about the negatives but not positives. Wonderful doctors, thank you.

It seems that I'm not the only person who thinks that at least one of this surgery's filtration system operators (receptionists) needs to attend charm school. She clearly takes a dose of nasty every day and I don't like the bullying tactics, either. Getting a prescription is like trying to extract teeth from hens but with less success and the rude and obnoxious receptionist can't even reply pleasantly to a Good Morning/Afternoon to me, my daughter or my carer. Being nice is usually non-fatal and kindness costs nothing and she/they needs/need to consider that some people suffer from serious anxiety problems and a host of other mental health issues,

This Doctors surgery is exceptional! I have lived in various places over the years and I’m so glad I settled under this surgery’s catchment area. They are phenomenal, the receptionists are always helpful and the phlebotomist is always patient with me as I’m a nervous patient when blood taking! I have never felt rushed by the Doctors or the Nurse Practitioner. I have always felt that I have been met by empathy and understanding and my concerns have always been addressed. I have never not got an appointment and they have squeezed in time to see my daughter when she is unwell. I am extremely grateful that this is my GP practice and my daughter has access to such a great healthcare system. Honestly, they don’t get enough praise or recognition!

Heathbridge house staff are amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they are always polite, helpful and caring. We have been registered with this practice for 10 years and have always receive first class care. Well done to everyone for the service you provide. I'm sure many health providers could learn a lot from your team and how you operate.

Some of the staff are really lovely, tall lady at the door is lovely and there's a Dr there who is wonderful with my son, which I really appreciate every time I go in but the diabetic nurse there has acted inexcusably, when I had Covid I was treated like I was COVID rather than a person with Covid. Furthermore, at my next appointment she was unprofessional yet again and I am not the only person to mention this, there was a women near the reception who is not normally there who defended the disgusting behavior of this Kay women. Worst surgery I have ever been at. Such a shame as there is one Dr there who is well ahead of the rest. The tall lady at the door, despite being rushed off her feet is lovely also and I hate to rate it so low with them in mind but this Kay would get a 1 star all day long. I deal with patients myself as a health practitioner and I would never act the way Kay does. Nothing seems to have been done about her actions and I have purposely been coy on everything she has done.
