   I recently reached out to JDA after needing to file a tax return and knowing nothing of the process. David and the team made everything easy. Everyone I spoke to was well aware of my case and, so communication was quick and easy. Once I sent over the required documents, my tax return was completed and filed very quickly. This was especially impressive since my situation was fairly complicated, so it is clear the team are deeply knowledgeable and diligent. I would highly recommend JDA to anybody needing taxation or accountancy services, and will not hesitate to use them myself if the need arises in future.

   I had a appointment booked for 13:00. Phone at 10:15 to rearrange or get a phone call. Waited an hour and phoned again to make sure that it was either cancelled or that they would phone me back as I do not want to waste anyone's time. The person on the phone said that the person I had an appointment with is out visiting clients and he did speak to him. I asked if he was going to call me back or what will the next steps be? I was not happy at this stage as they did not think it necessary to inform me. I did not swear or scream, I simply told the person that I was not happy about the matter being left unresolved. I received a phone call back from the person I had the appointment with, informing me that he was in a meeting and was not going to come out of it to give me a call back. I explained that I was not expecting that, I just wanted to know if I will be phoned back at some point. He abruptly said that we can see how the relationship is going and hang up (very unprofessional habit). I agree that any future business will not be possible, but the scenario was initiated by them. Not a good experience and clearly there is a lack of communication between staff. I am sure the accounting service they provide is of a good quality. I did not feel that I was treated with respect or any type of professional customer service. That is why I will leave a one star review and not recommend to my network. I do not find pleasure writing negative feedback about any business, but this was completely unnecessary and could easily have been rectified by just letting me know. I did not expect the account to phone me personally, nor did I expect a full conversation over the phone. I just wanted to make sure that I was not wasting their time and how I can move forwards. I wish JDA all the best and perhaps you will have a better experience with them.
