   I rang Diamond Accountants after receiving a letter from HMRC and got a meeting with a lady named Neel.At this meeting It was told in detail of how she would proceed with sorting out all of my paperwork out which by the way was in quite a mess and nothing in any order.After a few weeks I've recieved my all of my accounts signed off by the HMRC.I cannot thank Neel and her team enough for making me feel at ease throughout the visits to the office.Thanks Diamond Accountants.    I would strongly advise anyone considering Diamond Accounts to look elsewhere. My experience with them has been nothing short of a complete disappointment, costing me both time and money. I engaged them for what I expected to be straightforward annual accounts and tax filing. The process was plagued by slow communication—emails and calls often went unanswered for days, sometimes a week or more. Deadlines were missed without proactive notice, and when I followed up, the explanations felt vague and unconvincing. The lack of attention to detail was also alarming. The first draft of my accounts contained several significant errors that I had to point out myself, based on the documents I had already provided. This immediately eroded my confidence in their professional competence. It felt as if my work was rushed and handled carelessly. Ultimately, the service I received was substandard and highly stressful. Dealing with an accountancy firm should provide peace of mind, not create anxiety about whether your tax filings will be correct and on time. The high fees charged for this level of service are simply not justified. If you are looking for an accountancy firm that is professional, responsive, and detail-oriented, Diamond Accounts is not it. I have since moved to another firm and the difference has been night and day. Save yourself the headache and find a reliable partner for your financial needs.
