   Having used the company before this was a simple choice for conveyance instruction. The case was very complex due to house division and time sensitive with a challenging mortgage. Initially matters stalled with the first agent perhaps bad luck or an off day. We spoke to one of the owners as a loyal customer it was from 10 to 1. Life is challenging for all we needed this work done professionally and positive. Its a true testament to the firm when a complaint was received they listened and turned it around. Kayleigh Eke was amazing very professional and patient with my various asks. The works were a little over the budget they honoured the price which was very much appreciated, the mortgage itself was held by Natwest due to anti money laundering checks, which I can share with you was deeply distressing as builders on site the following day. They went above and beyond. A big thank you especially to Kayleigh. Thank you again!!

   What to say... A fantastic team of staff who work thoroughly and tirelessly to help you. We had Victoria as our solicitor, with Casey helping, and they did an amazing job. The professionalism, positive attitude, great advice and service, was simply brilliant. We cannot thank them enough for the years of work they put into our case. They create a personal working rapport with you, get to know you and your needs, are very understanding, and always keep you updated at all stages. We used them for a will dispute and resolution, and also my own will writing, as well as power of attorney. Also used the conveyancing staff in house purchase matters.
