   Rob you are truly a gift sent from Heaven. Will make this short and sweet but what a fantastic guy. Our family found ourselves having to deal with a sticky situation and having never been in a courtroom before we were introduce to a solicitor called Rob. We had a meeting and he explained everything and went above and beyond what he needed to do I am sure. If he had not been there the outcome could have been very different.    Rob New recently represented me and my experience with him was absolutely impeccable. He listened, asked the relevant questions to gain a full picture of what my situation was and reasons surrounding the bigger picture past and present that impacted the events that occurred. He was patient, understanding and non judgmental. Rob went above and beyond to help create environments and processes and special health requirements of various conditions to support and ensure the process of the magisterial hearing was made as smooth as possible with the special and complex health conditions that needed taking into consideration for the hearing. He really did support and present a true version of events but with implicit understanding of facts and circumstances surrounding the case. The whole employees and staff within the court could not be any more supportive and understanding in my case and I believe that was much down to the understanding and explanation of the complexity of facts and records that had strong implications and insights to actions that took place. I b never expected the magistrate process to be that of which I experienced as a first time experience and I truly believe that it was Rob’s compassion, understanding and communication with representation and I am eternally thankful for how he supported me through this process. Highly recommend Rob and his firm to anybody who finds themselves in a situation like I did. Impeccable service and a really great honest solicitor to work with.    Dealt with Richard Mann, a terrible duty solicitor whilst In custody at Norwich Magistrates Court. He tried to pressure me to plead guilty to a section 4A public order offence. I've now asked for the matter to be adjourned to allow me a chance to instruct Sheridan Bowles instead.

   I don't even want to give one star! THE most unprofessional, lazy, down right condescending Solicitors I've dealt with. I feel the so called receptionist's, cause more distress in putting me us off on the phone....then blames us !!! No help in any way ! my son needs to give vital info before going to court to meet his Barrister. So worried and now have absolutely no confidence that he will be given the chance to provide said info. He is claiming Lwgal Aid ! Enoigh said

   Don't ever use this firm, completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Would not give me direct contact details of solicitor handling my case and after 5 days of not being able to contact Natasha Nair or Rob New I gave up. I'm sure if I was a private client paying large fees I would have been a higher priority but as its legal aid they couldn't care less. Wouldn't even visit the custody centre because of covid even though all the other legal firms do so perhaps not covid related at all just see it as a great excuse to not do their job. I have made a complaint to the legal ombudsman.

   Previously, I had sought advice from Fosters (Norwich) regarding my day in magistrates court. However, I popped into Breydon's in Norwich as I happened to be passing by.. I was asked more about my case within 10 minutes on the phone with Claire (from Breydon's) than a 45 minute meeting with Fosters. From start to finish, I felt that Claire represented me perfectly. I hope that I wont need her services again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to contact her. Highly recommended.
