   MJP were recommended to me by a friend as he said they were really quick at communicating and had an easy to use online portal. We don't live anywhere near their offices but that didn't matter. Every question we asked was swiftly answered using the portal and we could request phone calls if we needed more information. It was clear that other solicitors in our chain were performing very poorly and this only highlighted the excellence of MJP. They always acted in our best interest and refused to be swayed by other solicitors who looked to cut corners. Whilst we don't plan to move house again, if we ever did I would come straight back to MJP. Thanks to everyone who worked on our behalf

   MJP provided the best conveyancing experience we have ever experienced. We are in the property business and have bought and sold numerous properties over the last 7 years. We found MJP to be the most responsive, efficient and effective conveyancers. Their portal ensures full and complete transparency allowing to to effectively keep track of progress. No other solicitor has a platform that works like this, at least in our experience. All of the team are helpful, quick to respond and leaves you feeling like they are in control. We will not use another solicitor other than MJP going forward. Refreshing to deal with in working the rather turgid UK conveyancing process. We would highly recommend MJP without hesitation.

   Used MJP Conveyancing for a purchase as FTBs with a no chain property, they managed to exchange and complete within 12 weeks! The portal was excellent, easy to use and so much easier than scrolling through a chain of emails. All staff who dealt with our case were knowledgeable, friendly and responded quickly. Application to register the house was also submitted within a couple of weeks, even though it is more complex with it previously being unregistered. Would highly recommend over a large firm with potentially lower fees, you really get what you pay for with MJP.

   Spoke to several other conveyancing firms before instructing MJP Conveyancing. They were the only conveyancing firm that put my mind at ease from the beginning & were very competitively priced. Outstanding start to finish. Very easy to contact with any enquiries. Everyone I spoke to was very professional & was able to assist. Very fast (we completed in less than 6 weeks, however this could have been closer to 4 weeks if we wanted it to). Could not recommend MJP Conveyancing any higher. I have already recommended them to several people I know who are looking to move home.
