   They are pleasant, organised; but not as cheap as you might find, especially if your house sale throws up any unusual element. I would have liked but did not get expert advice on terms regarding a sale of a b-t-l property. I would like to rate this co. better, and yet on two occasions the Partner dealing went absent on me at critical times [sales of properties] and without telling me in advance. I have had on one occasion to revise and field a document. Me, a client. If you want your hand holding throughout a drawn-out sale, this co. is not really for you. Be prepared to call or chase for information, especially if the property sale is - as often - running slow.

   We have always used Spire as have my family and receive consistently brilliant service, often messaging outside of hours and prepared to go that extra mile at all times.. This property purchase was partially challenging but nothing was ever too much trouble .. I do believe theybre as happy as we were that its almost over !!

   Spire haven't changed since I used them for conveyancing back in 2012. Staff are pleasant enough but they're expensive for residential conveyancing and everything is still manual and paper based. Our purchase fell through last month and we're now purchasing a new house but using an online solicitor and everything is so much smoother, documents we can fill in online without printing & scanning, e-signatures, daily status updates etc.
