After ten years plus of taking my vehicles to Paul he refused to look at it ... Stating it wasn't worth his time and effort. Shocking and destroys faith in humanity. A place where misery thrives. I was left with the RAC recovery man trying to find a garage that is willing to help. RAC were brilliant. Paul and Rob never offered help of alternatives. After ten years plus I expected more empathy it was already a stressful situation. And it's a Vauxhall .... Totally shocked with such terrible service. And in my view an uncaring attitude. I'll never return my family

The car was booked in for MOT. This was the first time I have used Classic Autos. I was able to wait while the MOT was carried out and I found the service provided was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend based on my experience.
Came here as my exhaust was practically hanging off and needed it fixed asap, the guy so was helpful and sorted it all out. Will definitely come here again!

The service in this place was great and so were the staff. This was the only place that was able to fit me in to their busy schedule and when my car failed its MOT, they explained clearly what needs fixing. I managed to get the car on the road the following day after doing the retest with them (which is free). I’ve only ever been here once because I was in the area to buy my car but I would recommend them to anyone who want peace of mind and quality service.
Brilliant professional service, been going for years and had nothing but a great experience. Sound advise, years of experience and always a top job. Also, who else has a harrier jump yet!
