   I have just completed the purchase of a flat and used Renata Steggles Ltd for my conveyancing. I can only but praise Gemma Stevens who acted for me. Although at times the process became difficult, Gemma kept me informed at all stages of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma and her firm for your needs. Happy to say that completion took place this week and I’m gradually moving in and hopefully I’ll be in properly in the New Year.

Melanie acted as our main point of contact, and she was consistently prompt, clear, and patient throughout the process. She was happy to answer our many questions (as first time buyers) and took the time to explain anything we were unsure about. Even while we were out of the country for part of the transaction, she helped ensure that exchange and completion progressed as smoothly as possible. Even though we’re based in London, it didn't cause a problem, everything was handled by email and phone and worked perfectly. We had a very positive experience and felt well supported from start to finish.

Yet you never allowed this to get in the way of providing excellence in all you did for us. You are amazing in the way you respond so speedily to all we wanted. Delivery was therefore expeditious but always excellent. You are incredibly efficient and you also have the ability to provide calmness when the client is becoming over excited. We also so much appreciated your candour. There were a couple of occasions when you intervened to set me straight. It was so good to work with someone not afraid to provide a counter view.
