   I had counselling with Mason for around a year and his support through a difficult time helped me work through grief, break free of negative thinking patterns and gave me the freedom to talk openly in a safe environment. I really valued Mason's honest and authentic way he supported me, especially with so much humour! I learnt so much about myself, and about others, and it really was life changing working with him. I'd really encourage anyone who is considering booking with him to just do it! You won't regret it.

   I saw Mason for about 3 years, which included some of the hardest moments of my life, and I am very grateful for our work together and the growth that came from it. This was not my first experience in therapy and I can testify that Mason is an excellent therapist. He works hard with you and just won't let you down. I continue to admire his intelligent and resourceful approach, as well as his great intuition and sensitivity. Our sessions could be difficult and challenging at times, but I always felt he walked the path with me as much as he could (or should) and that was a much needed support for me - he also has a great sense of humour, which can be very handy when everything else can feel a bit dark. Our work helped me then and it still helps me know navigating through life. -Thank you Mason.

   I highly recommend Mason. He has a unique quality of making you feel instantly comfortable allowing you to address safely the issues you're facing.    I discussed with Mason at the start of our sessions what types of therapy worked for me and what didn't, and he tailored everything to me (including how many times per week we would meet and a few online / video sessions that I thought would be beneficial). I felt instantly comfortable in building a connection with him and he is very easy to talk to. He is clearly a very insightful person and helped me through one of the darkest times of my life. I see our time together as an experience that i'm incredibly grateful for - thank you for everything Mason!
