I love going to this store. All the staff are always friendly and helpful with advice. Many stores could learn lessons from the good customer service on show here.
Always a great place to get anything I need. They rarely don't have exactly what I want and the staff here have always been very helpful and pleasant. The prices are amongst the best I find and I usually internet search for value.
I needed help at the store and Wayne was there to help me through it all. He gave excellent recommendations, was very knowledgeable and gave me the right products. This is definitely a place that I'd visit again for my tooling needs.
Mark and Rhys were extremely helpful and informative helping me to resolve a house issue with fixings. Took the time to ensure I had the correct parts and answered any questions. Brilliant team
Ordered on Tuesday and still waiting for my order Friday afternoon, almost certainly won't arrive today so will be Monday at earliest . Not much to recomend about that service is there.

The only store in Milton Keynes where everyone always seems to leave satisfied. A great chain, but this particular store is exception in it’s customer care and great service. They always make time to assist, however they can. Can’t thank them enough for their patience, advice and support. Outstanding.
