Ryan always goes above and beyond with service, from explaining everything to checking the numbers thoroughly and giving quality, proactive advice. I'm recommending clients to his business and they're also incredibly happy, which is no surprise :) I previously used a larger firm before they were bought out by a national group. The only person I spoke to at the start was a salesperson who was too happy with ignoring calls and then dropping in at the last minute to claim the glory. It was so stressful! The team did all the work and were under so much pressure. Despite trying their best, things were missed and I was suffering penalties for their late filing and missed returns.
