   Simon re-pointed the side of our house. For those that have had this done its messy and difficult job. If done badly by an unskilled builder it can ruin your brick work. Simon did a fantastic job, amazing attention to detail, the wall looks brand new. So pleased and would highly recommend SR Property.

   Really happy with the work that was done to bed in the brickwork on external wall and then to repair the hole on the internal side. Simon is punctual, hardworking and really, really helpful, I had a missing external tile which he then successfully found and hung for me. Cant recommend enough.

   This is the second time we have used Simon's services and he is our first point of call whenever we need any maintenance work done. Simon worked around changeable weather to complete the renovation of two neglected wooden dormer windows. The end result was excellent and made a significant improvement to the look of our property. Simon is hard-working, punctual, very tidy and most polite and friendly.
