   First time using this service visiting my family from London. What a rude bunch of cowboys to say the least. They were over 30 minutes late. When phoning to find out why they were just dismissive and couldn't care less. Then when they did arrive the old driver just kept staring at my breasts when trying to force conversation. Would avoid these bunch of weirdos

   Booked a taxi with this company, turned up all ok, however the driver was absolutely awful, he was completely rude, then talked non stop aggressively about his girlfriend to my husband and I and made us both feel really uncomfortable for the whole journey. I will not be using this company again.

   August 2nd, Canary cars took us out to the Swan Inn, Horning and everything went smoothly. Recieved messages to tell us the taxi was on its way and also when it had arrived outside our hotel. Unfortunately the return pick up was extremely stressful with the car not there on time. We did receive the text message to tell us the car had arrived 25 minutes after it should have been there so we trotted out to the car in a good mood after a great night to be greeted by the driver shouting at us, telling us that we had kept him waiting half an hour. I tried to point out the message on my phone which said that he had just arrived but he wouldn't listen to me. I also pointed out that I had come out and looked for him several times to see no taxi present. I have never been spoken to in such a way by any service provider in all of my life, absolutely disgraceful! Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

   Canary have been chosen to transport my child to and from school, they have not been great from the start, no consistency of driver, reckless and unsafe driving, late to collect them more than once, when you call them, they make up some rubbish about roadworks when there weren’t any, not reliable. I would never use them or recommend them as a taxi service.

   Having used this company before and had good service I booked them again for a pick up after a night out. We had 3 drop offs and we paid the quoted fare of £25 before departing the city. However on arrival at the final drop the driver demanded the last passenger (a single lady) paid an additional £7. This obviously made her feel very uncomfortable and because she just wanted to get out of the taxi she paid it. I called the company the following day to complain, I was told this would be followed up, however 8 days later I still haven’t heard anything! Not the service I expected.

   Nice taxi driver but turned up 10 mins early and got charged because we got into the taxi at the time we booked but he was waiting for 10 mins. On return they turned up over an hour late and missed the start of the event.

   I cannot thank this extremely helpful company enough. We left a crucial item behind at a hotel in Norwich following a holiday. The manager arranged for a driver to pick it up from the hotel and drive it to us 100km away by 5am the next day. We are completely indebted and bowled over by the wonderful service.
