No I didn't use them because they Cancelled my booking. Why take a Booking then cancel it. I booked from theatre to Train station 6 hours before I needed it. And they've cancelled. I wil never use this company again!!! Furious
Easy to book, didn't have to wait in any queues. My driver was Bruno and he arrived on time and was friendly. Will happily book with this company again
We chose to use them on the way back to the airport because we initially liked the service. Excellent experience—far superior to most taxis we've used. Once more, the service was hassle-free, and the driver's demeanor appeared businesslike. I'll be using it again in the future.
I was out of options my car being late from service. I called Swan taxi service and the driver (Bruno) was right on time. He was very accommodative, well dressed, professional and his communication skills were on point. I recommend and will definitely use the service again.

We needed a taxi quite quickly and called this company. A driver was despatched and arrived promptly. The driver, Daniel, was clean, smart, friendly, courteous, and professional. A lovely gentleman. The Mercedes was luxurious, extremely clean and driven safely. Overall this was an exceptional experience and at all times we felt safe. So much better than just an average taxi but still priced competitively. Us 3 ladies were extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again when in Norwich. Thank you for your 5* service!
