   £17 for a 4 mile journey is crazy. Especially, as it was from Bowthorpe where they are based. Also, driver drove way to close to the car in front. Won't use again!

   Very impressed as help bring a resident & her carer back to North Walsham after hospital transport abandoned them at the hospital. Lovely lady on the phone arranged transport quickly and the driver was very helpful and got our lady safely home. Many thanks

   Booked a taxi to the train station for Monday morning, this was the only company available… they rang me 5 mins before they were supposed to turn up to say the driver had broken down and there were no other drivers available and there was nothing they could do. I’m disabled and I’ve just had to carry my bags 30 mins to the station on my own as fast as I could. I only just made my train and now I’m in immense pain and will continue to be for the rest of my 30hours of travelling before I reach my final destination. I know you can’t predict a breakdown, but clearly you need to take better care of your vehicles and employ more drivers. I will never ever use this company again.

   Awful company. If I book a cab at a specific time to the train station it's for a reason. Don't turn up 20 minutes late and wait for me to call you before you tell me my taxi is delayed. On top of that, don't lie to me about how long the delay is. The taxis in this city are embarrassing, it's disgraceful they have a monopoly on taxi services, must be bribing the council. Bring on Uber and Bolt.

   Would give 0 stars if possible. Me and my friends had arranged for a taxi to be booked from a festival at 10:45pm. The taxi had arrived 5 minutes before. I called the taxi asap to let them know we will be a few minutes as the taxi was early and we were then walking out of the gates. I was then verbally abused by a member of the taxi company. This included disgusting language used against me and my friends; to which will all be recorded as per policy all phone calls are recorded. The lady told us we booked for 10:30(untrue if listened to recording) my friend then called on their own behalf to which the lady expressed that we’re lying and no taxi was booked. Which was obviously untrue as I have text messages to prove that it arrived. Absolutely appalling service and disgusting language from a said ‘professional’. This matter was undoubtedly the worst taxi service I have ever experienced and this will most definitely be taken further. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. Ps . The lady claimed to be a manager. Will updated when i receive contact in person but if she is in managerial position the company will be investigated in complete.
