Good ride and quick response, but too expensive compared to other companies. 65£ from Lowestoft to Norwich while it only cost me 40£ on other Norwich based companies. I would have appreciated if I knew earlier.

The whole ride flew by because we were laughing the entire time — it never felt awkward for a second. It honestly felt like we’d known each other for years. I was running late for my first day of work. This taxi shows up out of nowhere, while I was in a panic of not knowing what to do. This guy gets me all the way from Lowestoft to Scratby in about 25 minutes, and that's with two road diversions, two car crashes, and manages to skip all of the traffic, getting me to work on time. And what's more, is that he gave me a discount despite the distance. The whole time, we were talking about work, studies, religion, and seasons. This man is friendly, comfortable, polite, and light-hearted in what was a very stressful situation for me. He got me to work in perfect time. Trust me, you want to be served by this taxi.
Dan and his team provided myself and my husband absolutely excellent service ! Taking us to A and E, collecting us late at night and returning us to a boat. And collecting us before sunrise the following day to take us to yet another hospital. They all went above and beyond to deliver great care. Can’t thank you enough!
