Excellent service, pick up was within minutes. Car smelt divine, driver was very friendly and helpfully put our luggage in the boot for us. He took the most direct route to our property and saw us safely out of his vehicle before leaving. Would highly recommend FiveOne Taxis.
Ordered a cab for my daughter and specified she had a small dog. That was OK with 51. Cab arrived and driver refused to take her because she had a dog! Had to order another via 51. Won't be using them again! Total lack of information sharing with drivers. Also asked that the cab go to the back of the property as my daughter is disabled. Neither cab did. Not at all impressed, to say the least. Well, 51 responded, asking for full details so that they could investigate. Sent a detailed response with all relevant information the following day (Sunday). Today is Wednesday and no reply yet from 51. One wonders whether their replies to criticism are just designed as a fob-off and to keep folk off their back with genuine and verifiable complaints.
Great service, I prebooked a car for the 1st time on Saturday to take me to the Beefeater at Foxborough in Lowestoft, then to collect. Both Taxi's were on time, clean and the drivers were friendly and courteous. Good prices too, Well done 51

Terrible service and not for the first time. Waited outside the pickup address when I received the text notification. The driver goes straight past us, over the speed limit might I add, nearly took a bicycle rider off after taking a sharp right. On calling the office we were told we will let the driver know. 10 minutes later and another phone call to the office we find out the driver isn’t on his way back due to taking a different job and no replacement driver. Not even the courtesy of letting us know. Poor service. You’d regret walking to your destination less than using 51.
