Very disappointing. Had an initial repair done to repair a leak on an old Miele Dishwasher. I was explained that if the repair didn't work, the machine would need replacing due to its age. I paid the callout charge and the machine leaked again the following day. I contacted the company (Louise) to inform them/advise of the ongoing issue at which point i was advised it was a non-viable machine. I had been informed that the company might be able to help me with a reconditioned unit in exchange for mine and chap that called me told me he was going to look into selling me a recon unit. From that point onwards, I was brushed off verbally initially by Louise and then 2 subsequent emails seeking clarification of whether they could help me as suggested, were ignored. Left me with a bad taste in the mouth as it seems the company only wanted the quick callout fee. I would have had much more respect for them if they had simply told me there was nothing more they could do to help rather than offer a potential solution and then simply ignore my contact on multiple occasions.

This was excellent, I booked on their website and less than 24 hours later my dishwasher was fixed and Mark even took time to give me some maintenance tips and explain some functions. A completely stress free experience. Thanks!

Couldn't recommend this company enough. Louise is very friendly and knowledgeable always aims to get someone out to us as quickly as possible each time we have booked in. Quick turnaround with the repair, engineers are very professional and helpful. It is nice to support a local business.

Great service. They fixed our oven and grill very quickly, with all the parts needed in the van. They've saved us the hundreds of pounds that we would have spent on a new oven. Not to mention the environmental impact.

Very disappointed. Engineer visited 3 times and changed 3 parts, still not working. Eventually called a different firm who advised that the main control board is faulty, so all other faults were dubious. Overall, cost me £250 to find out I needed to buy a new machine, so am very unhappy and would advise to avoid or at least get a second opinion before letting them replace a load of parts. I suspect that they just guess and are right most of the time so will always have satisfied customers but, when they are wrong, it will cost you a lot of wasted money.

First time using this company and would highly recommend. When the dishwasher broke down, they were able to come the next day. They gave clear details of the problem and the options available to us. We chose a new dishwasher through them and 4 days later it was installed in our kitchen, and they'd taken away our old one for recycling. Great service, excellent experience!

These guys really need to work on their communication—extremely unprofessional. I was trying to find someone to fix my washing machine the week before Christmas, this must be a very busy time and I understand that but if you're too busy to take the business—don't take it. Better that than misleading people and then ghosting them. They say "the office" like it's a team of people but it's clearly the engineer's girlfriend who picks and chooses when she can be bothered to communicate with customers or not.

All the good done by the repair work (washing machine no longer leaking), quickly undone by what can only be described as hassle for payment within hours of recieving the invoice. This included being hung up on whilst I was mid sentence and a phone call at 8pm after having already assuring them I would pay when my children were asleep. Not too impressed.

First time using this service but the reviews gave me confidence. Throughout they were very professional, timely and budget conscious. I thought the issue might be terminal but the engineer fault checked and highlighted two possibilities. After further research it was the cheaper of the two and he ordered the part and fitted it the following morning, leaving the old part as proof of the exchange. I had looked up the cost to buy the part myself and I couldn’t even match their part cost! Brilliant company, highly trusted and I’d use and recommend them every time.

We had a leak in our washer dryer and struggled to find a company that would fix LG machines. I found Green Appliances on Google and was pleasantly surprised at how professional their website is with an easy chat function. We promptly had a call from them where I spoke to Louise. She was brilliant and got us an appointment that day. Mark came out and very quickly identified the problem, ordered the part then and there and was able to advise the cost. We then had it fitted within 72hrs of this first call out. Labour and parts were really reasonable. So impressed with their friendly customer service and value for money.
