   Looking at reviews, probably a good plumber and guy but I wouldn't know as he never showed up! Messaged about a service and he confirmed he could do it but if I could remind him on the week requested. Did so, he confirmed he would come around but no message, no show. Checked in and he confirmed he could do the next day but repeat performance wasting everyone's time.

   I had discovered a fairly large leaking pipe in my kitchen. I contacted Rikileaks and they were very quick to fit me in within a few hours and resolved the leak in no time. Along with also sorting some strange old pipe work configuration at the same time which has given more space in our cupboard under the sink. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs I have. Excellent work. Thank you

   From the off Rick seemed responsive, caring and like a man and a professional with integrity, and this came through in his communication, as well as him owning a small personal mistake he made, which meant he came back and rectified it swiftly without additional cost. A warm and pleasant tradesman to engage with. Re: pricing, I generally find tradespeople prices/costs a lot, and maybe I don’t understand the business structure, but it didn’t feel overly exorbitant.

   We had only just bought a house in Newhaven when a sealed radiator pipe leak appeared. Rick, with on this occasion an excellent apprentice Haydon, promptly identified the cause and fixed it. Rick also identified further minor issues and was able to sort these. He is personable, efficient and tidy. I would happily recommend his services to others.

   Phoned up with a central heating and hot water problem in a flat we rent out. Tennant is a single mum with small kids. To my amazement Rick said he could be there in 40mins! and he was. I was prepared to scrap the boiler and buy a new one but Rick diagnosed the problem did a temporary repair and then came back with the parts and fixed it. Outstanding!
