I had a great experience with Repair and Assure when my washer dryer couldn’t be fixed. They gave me options to choose from and organised fast delivery of a new machine. Communication was excellent and it was easy to reach someone to speak to. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely continue to insure my appliances with them.
Staff at Repaire & Assure very helpful , slight hitch during process with staff making a typo entering my email which caused a delay , Customer Services very apologetic and entered correct info quickly however because of delay caused with wrong info the replacement I initially wanted went out of stock so had to have another stock item . I complained and staff worked on finding a rrdolution due to inconvenience caused. Replacement was delivered eithin 3 days from order . Delivery drivers were professional and arrived on time. Overall a very positive experience.
Wow… just come off the phone with a Kein and although we couldn’t resolve our repair issue which is fine. his end of call attitude was disgusting. May I add…… I said I was not going to renew the policy as I think we been taken for a ride with the situation and his reply was WHATEVER!!
What a brilliant service I recieved from this business, I was recommended by a friend as my washing machine had packed up, it would turn on and off and keep saying fault, they came out and fixed within no time, on top of that once here and in conversation there are many services they provide. I Would highly recommend, quick reliable and not to hard on the pockets. Will definitely be using them again. Customer service was patient, excellent and friendly.
