Roy came by to sort out my machine really quickly. There was nothing wrong with it. He taught me I was loading it incorrectly. A quick call and my problem sorted honestly.
My washing machine packed up at the ripe old age of 20. I was given sound free advice to replace rather than repair. And this gentleman could have had me over with a repair but instead he just recommended I replace the machine instead.
Called him up. No response at all. Great customer service. Of course he could be....

I would totally recommend Roy. My machine stopped working and after asking for recommendations on a local fb group, I was recommended Roy. I called him in the morning and he arranged to come out to me the following morning. He is a very personable chap and extremely courteous. He arrived when he said he would and didn't charge the earth. As well as all that, he also fixed my washing machine no problem.
I was enquiring regards a dishwasher repair, and although Roy doesn't deal with dishwashers he took the time to phone me back and point me in the right direction. Friendly, professional & courteous, and wouldn't hesitate to call if any trouble with the washer, many thanks.
Don't think twice in calling Roy. Super helpful and honest and went out his way to find out as much about the fault on the phone before having to do a call out charge to repair. After a little fault finding online he advised the repair would cost too much money and not worth it and didn't want to add an expense for a call out charge. He even advised on which brands to buy these days. Knowledgeable and honest and not trying to make money out of people so hats off to you Roy. Next time I have a issue, first point of call.
