Awful experience, left message informing us of car problems 20 minutes before pickup. No answer when asked to call them... won't use again.... ruined our evening and caused unnecessary stress

Do not use. I booked them for a collection of my daughter, I gave my number and hers. They failed to turn up and didn't bother to contact us. Used County cars instead. They were brilliant

I always use Andy at crystal cabs as the service is better than an other. Andy is always very friendly and helpful and his taxi is always clean and smells lovely, not forgetting plenty of space with 8 seats. He picked me up from South London recently and the journey was very smooth with Andy being exactly where we said and on time. Would highly recommend!
Excellent service. Prompt collection - very reasonable prices and friendly drivers. Andy even went above and beyond by recommending a competitor when they had already committed to an airport drop. I would have no issue in recommending.
I have known Andy for many years and started using his Taxi Company about three years ago for local runs, normally to/from Norwich, Aylsham, etc. His company has always been very reliable in terms of being punctual. They are also flexible when times don't go to plan including rail pick ups and events going on later than expected. He will always try and go the extra mile in terms of picking me up late in Norwich at short notice when I am delayed from returning from business meetings in London. He is a friendly and helpful person and if he cannot pick you up at the time you require he will let you know rather than just getting the job and then turning up late. I would certainly recommend him to others looking for a friendly local service.
