After a lot of calling around I found this practice to offer the cheapest teeth straightening in the area. I couldn’t be more happy with the treatment I’ve received. Dr Gary is amazing at what he does. The PM, nurses and reception team are lovely. To top it off I received £150 off my treatment using their refer a friend scheme :)
Excellent customer service from the ladies on reception to the dentist and his assistant. I have fears and anxiety regarding the dentist and they went beyond what I expected to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I never thought I'd be able to take general anaesthetic and did on the first treatment! I am actually looking forward to going back and addressing other issues!
I couldn't write in words how highly I recommend Kidsgrove Dental Centre! You'll never meet anyone who had a bigger fear of dentists than me! But 6 or 7 years ago I was in terrific pain with a broken tooth. I chose Kidsgrove Dental because I could pay to be put asleep for my treatment. I then met Gary and explained my fears. He was great and removed my tooth while I was ' sleeping '. He then recommended another visit in 12 months for a check up. When I went back I felt so much calmer and he then asked me to try a visit to the hygienist. Gradually over the years he has reassuringly helped me to cope with my fear. I even had a filling recently with a needle anaesthetic! Gary, his hygienist's and his fantastic receptionist's are all great! If like me, you'd prefer to wrestle a gorilla before going the dentist, get in touch with Kidsgrove Dental Practice! A 6 stars out of 5 establishment.
Kidsgrove dental centre has always provided me with excellent dental care. The premises have recently been renovated and extended and it looks amazing. Reception staff and all the dental assistants are so friendly and helpful. In my experience appointments are always on time. Dr Gary Wu is a fantastic dentist. I feel very confident that I am receiving the best care and trust his judgment. Ivy Nzuma, the hygienist is also excellent. Would definitely recommend
I was asked to remove my review of this practice by the practice. I have now updated my review. I will state that after issues, which included them carrying out scans and report while suggesting they had no referral (unsure how they knew what to look for without a referral) poor communication and delay in dealing with our complaint. We had to get the scans redone at an alternative practice, which delayed treatment and has put us out of pocket. They finally sent scan through to compliment a basic report. We are still unsure if these were carried out as required. As first time customers we will not return.
I can’t recommend Dr. Ariyan Araghi. and the team at kidsgrove dental enough. I’ve always been petrified of the dentist, not any more. As soon as you enter the dentist, you are greeted by friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, the whole team who I have come across have been lovely. If anyone has a fear of the dentist, please consider this dentist as they really do reassure you and put you at ease. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile, I’ve always hated my teeth but not anymore, thank you so much kidsgrove dental and implant centre :-)
Fabulous! I wish I'd had the treatment sooner because the work done is simply outstanding. Gary is an amazing dentist: caring and genuinely concerned to provide only treatment of the very highest standard.
