   Dr Smith has been my dentist for years and she is amazing especially with nervous patients. Her technical ability and knowledge is superb. She has performed many fillings and dental work on me over the years and always done an amazing job which is so important for your teeth. I had a new scan Itero scan which was fantastic at showing a full picture of all my teeth.

   Great experience with this practice. As a new patient I’ve been welcomed by the friendly front desk team Jessie and Tracy. I was worried about an extraction and Jessie reassured me Tony (dentist) was very good. She was right, Tony has been great, spending time explaining each process and what to expect and he’s completed a number of treatments. Am very pleased with Bupa Dental Care Congleton and would highly recommend their team.

   I recently switched to Bupa Congleton after moving to the area and I can’t recommend them enough. Tracy on Reception has been super helpful with my insurance and my treatment from Harriet has been fantastic however, of the c.15 dental professionals I have seen in my life, non come close to matching the experience and standard of care provided by Victoria in my hygiene appointment. Knowledgeable, welcoming and reassuring; Victoria is a credit to the practice and you should be proud to have her in your team.

The Dentists Tony and Harriet are, professional, kind, thoughful and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Jessie on reception is so calming, an absolute asset, so is Emma, please don't hesitate like I did. Go ahead and book. Highly recommended.

   Recently had an appointment with Harriet for my 13 year old daughters first extraction, the level of care given was second to none. Myself and my daughter were put at ease straight away with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. My daughters experience was very positive and she has no hesitation in any future treatment that maybe needed, because of the trust she now has in the very friendly, professional staff. Excellent service and treatment by all staff.

   I joined the practice a little over a year ago on the strength of these reviews after some bad experiences at a previous practice that made me anxious about my dental treatment. Since my initial consultation my mind has been put at ease and I've been extremely happy with the level of service that I've received. I have had treatment from Harriet and Brandy and both have provided an exceptional level of service, starting with the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision about my teeth, right through to delivering the treatment itself. All other staff that I have met at the practice have also been very friendly and helpful and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this dental practice.

   The staff are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had my best ever hygiene visit with Brandy today. Very gentle yet thorough and demonstrated the most effective way of teeth brushing.    I joined bupa dental care in Congleton recently and couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Dentist Anthony and hygienist Karen were both so friendly and caring. I didn’t have any discomfort during my appointments and they were both extremely attentive. All the other staff here are so lovely and efficient, as well. I highly recommend this practice!
