    I’m not one for reviews, however following my traumatic experience I read other reviews and it seems a pattern. If you have any sort of health condition or disability I’d avoid completely! The dentist herself was lovely and contacted my hospital to confirm if antibiotics were needed for a filling / they were simply on a cover basis for any potential infections (nothing too serious) The prescription (which I had to return to collect) was falsely written and had the dosage missing (a very valid part of any prescription) I got in trouble with my pharmacy for this to ring and the receptionist first response was to ‘huff’ down the phone, turn it around onto me and refuse to do anything other than cancel my appointment - an appointment that I had sorted childcare, my parent had taken time off work for and I’d also mentally prepared myself for- she cancelled this even after me begging not too and asking what can be done- nothing. The day before the rearranged appointment I got a phone call to say they’d changed the time - this was to a later time which I could not do so I asked why this was done without my consent and asked for it to be returned to the original time. 2 minutes after, the practice manager rung me to say she didn’t feel comfortable having me in the practice as the clinical supervisor was off sick- I asked what an earth this meant and she said due to the patient journey if anything happened she wouldn’t feel comfortable having me in the practice and that she was cancelling my appointment This call has been recorded by myself and when listening to it back it is a blatant show of disability discrimination - I have previously had a filling a few years ago and nothing happened - but this ‘manager’ didn’t care When I said the patient journey was not positive - she said that was my opinion and repeated how she doesn’t feel comfortable In my eyes, if there were any emergencies- they’d just have to follow basic first aid and ring an ambulance anyway so I don’t see how a practice manager can not feel comfortable to do this! My health is as good as it can be, I’ve never reacted to a medication but none of this mattered - my mental health decline due to these two events - didn’t matter The ‘patient journey’ has been horrendous - you are penalised for their staffs mistakes and then also for their own staff incompetence to do their job, add that with rude receptionists and I honestly cannot believe that in 2025 this is happening so much to any disabled patient never mind the amount of reviews previously posted around similar rudeness and discrimination I have never felt so alone in such a situation and I deal with a number of medical teams on a very regular basis. I had moved my son here after my first appointment however I will be keeping him where he is too as I am not allowing this clinic to touch my teeth or my child’s again and I am taking this discrimination further and that complaint has already been sent.

    I’ve seen three different dentists here over the past 5+ years and they’ve all been wonderful, kind and gentle. Zehra has taken fantastic care of me, and I credit her with turning me from an anxious fainting mess, to semi-enjoying dentists appointments. I saw Nefeli today for a same day emergency appointment and found her to be excellent- friendly, efficient and informative- thank you. The dental nurses have always been great, and the current reception team are also welcoming and helpful.

    After having excruciating pain was booked in today for emergency appointment. Dentist Jincy was absolutely brilliant putting me at ease and extracting my wisdom tooth all within half an hour. Would highly recommend this surgery.

    Considering I paid privately before at a highly rated practice, I’ve found this dentist to be excellent. Jincy is very caring and thorough, and she picked up a number of issues my old dentist didn’t. The reception staff and assistants are also really friendly and welcoming. They offer free 3D scanning and are very efficient with appointments, sending reminders straight to my phone. They still do X-rays when needed, but overall the service feels modern, professional and reassuring

    After having not been to a dentist in about 5-6yrs I was apprehensive about going back in. Yi-Wei Chen put me at ease, he explained everything that he was doing and got me booked in for required fillings. During my appointment he continued to make sure I was okay and made sure I was comfortable. Couldn't recommend him enough.

    Visited stone as a nervous patient and it was the best experience. From the reception team to the nurse to the dentist. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. GREAT PRACTICE!! Would highly recommend.

    I am a new patient at the practice and I just have to say I am very impressed. I walked into to register at the practice and was registered with appointments booked within a matter of minutes. Both girls on the desk Natalia and Bethany were very helpful. There wasn’t any information that they missed out. Today I had my hygiene appointment with hygienist Nina and nurse Mollie and I have to say she was very thorough and I felt as if I really had received what I payed for. My appointment was on time which I have personally never experienced at any dental practice so 5 stars along just for that. I have my checkup appointment booked with Dr Louis Lotter in just a few days time.They even offered me an appointment the same day as my hygiene appointment to stop me coming back for several trips but unfortunately I could not attend both. 5 stars to all at Stone Dental.

    Amazing practice. Convenient late night appointments. Girls on desk very welcoming. Great to see a team that look like they enjoy working together. Loved hearing some of the compliments the nurses gave to each other and the receptionist as they were passing by. 5 stars definitely recommend to all my friends.

    Great service from great people. Had a checkup with Louis Lotter and a filling that had broke a few years ago replaced. I am so happy with my filling, before it looked like a horrible black gap. Molly was so supportive throughout the procedure and Natalie was amazing at reassuring me and answering all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for better service well done ladies and gentlemen x

    Louis is a fabulous dentist, had a couple of deep fillings now from him and they look so natural. Nurse Natalie is always very welcoming and friendly and puts me at ease. They reassured me when my 2yr old fell and damaged his gums, gave great advice and made him feel safe comfortable enough for them to look in his mouth.
