   I'm a 69 year old who, unfortunately, is fighting a rear guard action with my teeth. I have been attending Congleton Dental Care for many years, more specifically, Dr. Kumari. All I can say is thank you. Without doubt I would either have implants or dentures by now were it not for her expert care. She is by far the best detist I've ever had and is also the most forgiving and considerate. I'm very fortunate to have her as my Dentist.

   I've used this practice for many years now and I had to have 3 rather big fillings replaced recently. Poonam was absolutely brilliant. Very professional and very polite and even recommended and prescribed the best toothpaste for me. No complaints whatsoever.

   Although I’ve always had a brilliant experience with my dentist Peace Emojevbe, who is so so lovely. Anyone registered with this practice should be extremely careful not to miss an appointment for their child. After one missed appointment my child was formally referred by the practice to the ‘Family Help Front Door Team’, which is a service at Cheshire East Council used when there is a concern about a child’s welfare. Needless to say this has caused me significant distress, and all over one missed appointment, which was simply forgotten because of a family holiday. It’s incredibly wrong to raise concerns over a child’s welfare when they are clearly loved and cared for. Not to mention the utter waste of time and resources for this team at the council, when they are already overwhelmed trying to help children who are genuinely in need of support. It’s completely unprofessional and their entire reception team are clearly in need of significant education and training around these important issues.

   Managed to get in same day for emergency wisdom tooth check and xrays. There is a wait to get checkup appointments, and it's a busy popular practice. Very accommodating for my children. Only criticism is the building itself - having a lot of stairs and tight corridors and small waiting areas. Not ideal with toddler, but the dentist made appoontmentmade made up for that.

   Fantastic dental practice. Got me and my family seen for a checkup really rapidly and then seen really quickly for a filling repair. All COVID restrictions considered and covered. Really happy with the service - can't wait to go again!

   The customer service & experience is awful here. The people who run the reception desk are rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. With regards to the actual dentists, Dr Peace is very competent and friendly, however on a couple of occasions when she has not been available, we have been seen by another lady (cant recall her name), who was so abrupt and seemingly had no people skills at all. Since seeing this lady my children are now scared of the dentist (which they never have been before). This was due to her unfriendly nature and the fact that she was unnecessarily rough whilst dealing with them. I would recommend that the practice needs to seriously review their staff and customer care, or they will continue to lose business, as they have done with my family and I.
