   By far the best dentist around for me and I’ve been to some Shockers..Dr Louise & Dental Nurse Charlotte are absolutely amazing they made me feel totally relaxed as I’m a very nervous patient. Louise goes above and beyond to make you for comfortable and always explain everything throughly. Charlotte has such empathy and is an asset to the team with her positivity. I’m not a nervous patient any longer . James x

   Absolutely rip of,I paid £273 for a tooth to be taken out which I accepted,2 days later got abscess in are tooth was removed,doctor told me I had to get antibiotics from my dentist,called my dentist and told I need to pay another £125 just to see them even though I paid 273 to have it removed by them 2 days prior, the £100 clean was done in 5 mins and didn't even polish my teeth, there the worse dentist I've even been to,,,,AVOID,,,,,

   Posting this on behalf of my mother who has had dentures from this place. Dentures not fitting very well and expensive, hurting to eat, thicker and heavier than previous set, had to get a other dentist from the same practice to try and help.

   Been cancelled on 3 times now and appointment now put to a month away! Receptionist who’s on today has a right attitude asif shes the dentist when she’s literally someone who answers the phone, there’s been excuses such as dentist being sent home sick, dentist not working today, yet on one of the occasions the dentist was actually doing private work not off sick. I registered back in July and now can’t be seen until the end of September (if they don’t cancel again) I will update this review if anything changes but as for now this is the worst dentist I have used.

   Awful service. My mum was sent to Chasetown and paid £70 for an X-ray that didn’t work. Fobbed off for nine weeks waiting for a follow up with zero communication. Then she was told it had been lost and then told another story that it hadn’t worked. Then told that she would have to pay for another x-ray and another trip to Chasetown with the promise of returning the money at a later date. Staff left her sitting in the waiting room whilst talking about her. She was already distressed and is vulnerable due to my dad passing away. My Dentist as a franchise is untrustworthy and this is another example of it

   I had a new mouth guard after having a filling completed. I wore the mouth guard every night as requested and my mouth has been very painful since. Went back to see him to the resolve issue, it felt that he was saying its was all in my head, had no joy and felt intimidated. Wasn't happy and still suffering with my teeth.

   New patient, initial checkup was fine. I was provided a plan of work required. Second appointment was traumatic as the dentist had no empathy or understanding for a nervous patient with anxiety. Not sure if I would see the same dentist again.

   Use to love this dentist but recently it’s got so poor. The staffs attitude towards patients is disgusting and the fact that i suffer from mental health problems and have had recent episodes lately time to time they have decided to take me off the books and will not see me again I mean talk about kicking someone when there down. What a disgrace

   I called up to see about getting an urgent appointment for my eight year old. Without issue, we were given an appointment for first thing the following morning. We were seen extremely quickly by wonderfully friendly staff. They were fantastic with my child. Very happy with this practice l, they make dentist visits completely stressless. Highly recommended.
