Called to check how much a taxi would be from Norfolk showground to thetford. Told the woman over the phone that it’s a bit too expensive and she replied back with “it’s that or walking home”, and just hung up the phone. Very poor customer service.
I had use Haileys services today for a short travel from my home to train station in Attleborough. Service was very pontual and very friendly. I'm very greatfull for such great service. Definitely I will use again soon. Totally recommended
Booked a minibus to get guests to and from a wedding; Haileys taxi service was fantastic. I was a stressed ‘mother of the groom’ but felt reassured when they called the day before to confirm booking and then sent texts when the taxi had been dispatched. Great service, reasonably priced, and a friendly driver; would definitely recommend and use again.
Booked a taxi and minibus for a wedding on Saturday. Confirmed on the morning that we needed to ensure they would be punctual. The taxi for the morning was 20 minutes late. Another taxi booked separately to take the groom never turned up and he had to drive himself! The minibus booked was 40 minutes late. After calling to chase I was told I’d booked the wrong time - the email confirmation they sent showed the correct time! Never use them again
Tyre got puncture and was stranded as garage couldn't do nothing till tomorrow morning as tyre was not in stock. Taxi turned up 15 mins earlier than original time (called us to let us know) lovely drive by a very well presented gentleman at a fare price. Many thanks and wish you all the best.
