Called them for a boiler issue and they sorted it the same day. Very professional, explained things clearly, and left everything working perfectly.
We arrived home from a muddy camping holiday to find that we had no hot water. Josh arranged to visit, arrived as promised and methodically tested all the issues that could be causing it. He identified the problem, ordered the part and fixed it. After days of cold showers we were very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him. And from now on we will be using Josh for our annual boiler service.

He responded to a leak from our boiler during the evening. After diagnosing and managing the immediate problem he explained it, talked us through the implications and our options so we could decide what to do next. He then installed the new boiler we needed quickly, and considerately so our time without hot water was minimal - much appreciated by our whole family. Thank you Josh! Josh and Guido replaced our old boiler with a new one when it broke down. They were fast, clean, polite, good humoured and great communicators and we are very pleased with the work. Definitely recommend.
Josh was great, he came and serviced our boiler for us and I mentioned the pressure on the boiler didn’t seem to stay consistent and kept dropping, he instantly fixed the problem (a different company installed the boiler for us) and went above and beyond to help out. Nothing was ever a bother to him and he was beyond helpful. I would definitely recommend using his services. Josh arrived very quickly when we had a leak on Tuesday evening. He talked us through his thought process as to what was causing it and what he'd need to do to fix it, then came back the next day as it was a waste pipe issue so wouldn't get worse if stuff wasn't used. Came back the next day and the problem was exactly what he thought it was, he sorted it very quickly and also unclogged our drain for us. Throughout he was transparent on price and incredibly responsive with communication. Best of all he was very calm and reassuring, which we really needed having had a leak on the first day after moving into a new place! Highly recommend him and will be the first person we call for any future plumbing issues.
Someone give Josh a cape! We had a substantial emergency leak that needed a fast response. I have a couple of good friends in plumbing game, they were unable to get to me and I eventually found my way to Josh’s number. His reactive response was little short of amazing. He was ringing the bell, holding back the flood waters, within a couple of hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Slick, polite, responsive, professional, fair and more than reasonable with his costs. We were so happy to stumble upon Josh, We’ll be using him for any plumbing work moving forward. Josh installed our brand new "Ideal" boiler (which he also sourced for us at a very competitive price) at just a few days notice which we really appreciated as we would have been left without heating and hot water. He also got us fixed up with a wireless thermostat that we can move around from room to room. We are extremely pleased with both. More recently Josh has also installed some new "Column" radiators for us which are amazing. As we both work we were happy to give Josh a key so he could complete the job without any inconvenience to ourselves. He is prompt, efficient and a very tidy worker and to say he is a perfectionist in an under statement. We are so happy with all the work Josh has completed we will be asking him back within the next few months to add some more radiators and a new bathroom.
